Photographic and Audio recording

By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following terms:

We will be taking photos and filming throughout the Conference. We will also be making audio recordings.

There may be cameras in all session rooms that will be monitoring the rooms for security purposes and also recording the sessions. All images/sound clips may be used on our websites, social media, YouTube, promoting future events or during training events.

There is a possibility that some cameras may stream live to communal areas of the Conference. or to our social media channels and also on to a dedicated website.

There will be cameras monitoring the Bookseller areas.

If you do not want your image to appear in the public realm please advise us and we will do our best to make sure that such exposure does not take place but cannot gurantee this.

Certain sessions at Conference will definitely be recorded and made publicly available either immediately or in the future and it may not be possible to remove images from these sessions. In most rooms, it will be possible to position yourself out of camera shot.
