Extra Costs

A single hotel room can be booked for an additional £15.00 if you have a Full Delegate Package

Hotels rooms can be booked for the Monday night, bed and breakfast for an additional £42.00 if you have a Full Delegate Package [shared accommodation].

Admission to the Annual Playwork Awards with dinner and entertainment can be purchased by Day Delegates or visitors for a cost of £35.00

Additional Costs

There will be a £25.00 charge applied if we have to resend your invoice because the incorrect information was on the booking form or if changes to your booking reduce its value.

If payment has not been made by the time of Conference there will be an additional payment charge of £75.00 (unless we have agreed by email that you can pay after Conference)

If we have agreed by email for payment to be made after Conference, invoices must be paid by the ‘invoice due date’ or there will be an additional payment charge of £75.00

Booking confirmation and other details will be sent to the email supplied for the delegate. An invoice will be sent to the delegate or to the person specified on the booking form. If we have to send invoices to any other person there will be a £15.00 charge.

There will be an additional charge of £25.00 if we have to resend information already supplied on your invoice to you or another person within your organisation.

There will be an additional charge of £10.00 if we have to make any changes to your online booking because you need to add or remove: extra nights, single rooms or change the names of participants. 

Discounts

Our offer to session presenters is this: All presenters, presenting over 90 minutes at Conference, and who need to, will be able to take advantage of our offer to attend for the reduced rate of £150. This does not include Monday accommodation and we will not pay any travel or subsistence expenses.

There are discounts available for groups of students. Please talk to me about this. The students will be required to make a contribution to iP-D!P magazine before attending Conference and to assist, when asked, in the running of Conference.

Cancellations

There will be no refunds or credits for non-attendance. Please note that we have a no refund policy on tickets but you can transfer tickets to another name by emailing midah@meynellgames.org.uk before 5pm on 14th February 2022.
