The Pricing Schedule 2023

For this Conference we are doing something slightly different. Rather than having one discounted rate that ends all too soon, we have degrees of discounting, decreasing gradually as we head towards March - so get your booking in as soon as you can to take advantage of the bigger offers!

Full Conference Package 

January Rate: £315

February Rate: £350

March Rate: £390

This ticket includes:

Tuesday 7th March and Wednesday 8th March Conference admission with a delicious buffet lunch and nonstop tea and coffee.

Conference journey planner [all the details of what is happening at Conference].

Tuesday night shared accommodation and breakfast [there are a limited number of single rooms available at an additional £15.00 charge].

Playwork Awards Ceremony and dinner on Tuesday evening.

Day Rate: £150

Day Rate March: £175

This ticket includes:

One day’s Conference admission with a delicious buffet lunch and nonstop tea and coffee.

Extra Costs

A single hotel room can be booked for an additional £15.00 if you have a Full Delegate Package

Hotels rooms can be booked for the Monday night, bed and breakfast for an additional £50.00 if you have a Full Delegate Package [shared accommodation].

Admission to the Annual Playwork Awards with dinner and entertainment can be purchased by Day Delegates or visitors for a cost of £35.00

Additional Costs

There will be a £25.00 charge applied if we have to resend your invoice because the incorrect information was on the booking form or if changes to your booking reduce its value.

If payment has not been made by the time of Conference there will be an additional payment charge of £75.00 (unless we have agreed by email that you can pay after Conference)

If we have agreed by email for payment to be made after Conference, invoices must be paid by the ‘invoice due date’ or there will be an additional payment charge of £75.00

Discounts

Our offer to session presenters is this: All presenters, presenting a significant contribution to Conference, and who need to, will be able to take advantage of our offer to attend for the reduced rate of £175. This does not include Monday accommodation and we will not pay any travel or subsistence expenses.

This year there is a small number of free places available for what we are affectionately calling 'muscle'. These are people who are able to help with the setup and packdown of Conference, and bear the brunt of the heavy lifting. If you think this could be you, read more about how to apply here.

Cancellations

There will be no refunds or credits for non-attendance. Please note that we have a no refund policy on tickets but you can transfer tickets to another name by emailing midah@meynellgames.org.uk before 5pm on 13th February 2023.
