Toby Stewart
Originally a nursery teacher Toby has since worked for the Pre-school Learning Alliance, Barnardo’s and Action for Prisoners’ Families.
Since 2000 Toby has been actively engaged in developing services for prisoners, their families and their children.
He currently manages the national i-HOP service for Barnardo’s and the DfE.
