Superb Marbles - Bex Willans

The game of marbles has been a popular playtime game for children since ancient Egyptian and Roman times, However, many adult supervised play spaces have banned marbles due to 'health and safety' fears of children swallowing marbles or throwing them at other children. The skills and art of traditional playground games are being lost as a result of these fears. Not only are games such as marbles fun, they also provide children with their own currency and help to develop a variety of skills. Come along to the session, learn a variety of marble games and together we can start a marble revival!
