Pre- registration takes place on Monday from 4:30pm in the Mansion reception.
Because this year we have really struggled with the finacing of Conference we have made the hard [and really sad] decision not to print the Conference Journey Planner. The Conference Programme website: https://conferenceprogramme.wordpress.com/ has the full details of what every session is about, to help you make your choices about what to engage in whilst you are here. There will be a virtual Jouney Planner also vailable on the wbebsite.
When you arrive you will be able to collect your Conference badge and inside it will be your Conference tickets: one for Tuesday, one for Wednesday.one for entrance to the Awards evening and one with your Awards dinner meal choice. [depending on what you have booked]. Pick it up [but only take yours as it is our way of knowing who has arrived] and pin it proudly to your clothing!
Do check the name is yours and if it is not - please put it back and take the correct one!
Registration starts at 8:30am on Tueday and we aim to have the shortest queues possible!!
There will always be Conference staff around to help you. Please do not hesitate to ask us. It is your Conference – we want you to get the most out of it.
If you can't find anyone just keep ringing the bell on our reception desk until someone turns up.
