The Pricing Schedule 2024

This year, despite rising costs, we have managed to keep both our initial SUPER DISCOUNTED Full Delegate Package price, and our additional room supplements, at the same cost that we offered it in 2023. This is our way of trying to make it possible for as many of you as we can to join us in Eastbourne, so please do take advantage of the discounted rate. Much like last year, at the end of October, prices will increase month by month as we get closer to Conference.

Full Conference Package 

Rate until end of October: £235

November Rate: £275

December Rate: £300

January Rate: £325

February Rate: £350

March Rate: £375

This ticket includes:

Tuesday 5^th March and Wednesday 6^th March Conference admission with a delicious buffet lunch and nonstop tea and coffee.

Conference journey planner [all the details of what is happening at the Conference].

Tuesday night shared accommodation and breakfast [there are a limited number of single rooms available at an additional £15.00 charge].

Playwork Awards Ceremony and dinner on Tuesday evening.

Day Rate: £150

Day Rate March: £175

This ticket includes:

One day’s Conference admission with a delicious buffet lunch and nonstop tea and coffee.

Extra Costs

A single hotel room can be booked for an additional £15.00 if you have a Full Delegate Package

Hotels rooms can be booked for the Monday night, bed and breakfast for an additional £50.00 if you have a Full Delegate Package [shared accommodation].

Admission to the Annual Playwork Awards with dinner and entertainment can be purchased by Day Delegates or visitors for a cost of £35.00

Additional Costs

There will be a £25.00 charge applied if we have to resend your invoice because the incorrect information was on the booking form or if changes to your booking reduce its value.

If payment has not been made by the 1^st March 2024 there will be an additional payment charge of £75.00 (unless we have agreed by email that you can by a later date)

If we have agreed by email for payment to be made after Conference, invoices must be paid by the ‘invoice due date’ or there will be an additional payment charge of £75.00

Discounts

Our offer to session presenters is this: All presenters, presenting a significant contribution to Conference, and who need to, will be able to take advantage of our offer to attend for areduced rate. This rate will be discussed with Meynell at the same time as your contribution to Conference is planned. This does not include Monday accommodation and we will not pay any travel or subsistence expenses.

This year there is a small number of free places available for what we are affectionately calling 'muscle'. These are people who are able to help with the setup and packdown of Conference, and bear the brunt of the heavy lifting. If you think this could be you, read more about how to apply here.
