Full Conference Package £200.00
·Tuesday 6th March and Wednesday 7th March Conference admission with a delicious hot lunch and nonstop tea and coffee.
·Conference journey planner [all the details of what is happening at Conference].
·Tuesday night shared accommodation and breakfast [there are a limited number of single rooms available at an additional £10.00 charge].
·Playwork Awards Ceremony and dinner on Tuesday evening.
Day Rate £90.00
·One day’s Conference admission with a delicious hot lunch and nonstop tea and coffee.
·Conference journey planner.
·A single hotel room can be booked for an additional £10.00 if you have a Full Delegate Package
·Hotels rooms can be booked for the Monday night, bed and breakfast for an additional £40.00 if you have a Full Delegate Package [shared accommodation].
·Admission to the Annual Playwork Awards with dinner and entertainment can be purchased by Day Delegates or visitors for a cost of £30.00
·All our communication with you will be by email and text. There will be a £25.00 charge applied if you require arrangements to be made by any other method. This fee will be applied every time we have to send you something.
·There will be a £25.00 charge applied if we have to resend your invoice because the incorrect information was on the booking form or if changes to your booking reduce its value.
·If payment has not been made by the time of Conference there will be a late payment charge of £75.00 (unless we have agreed by email that you can pay after Conferece)
·Invoices must be paid by the ‘invoice due date’ (if we have agreed by email for payment to be made after Conference), or an additional fee of £50.00 will become payable.
·There will be a £15.00 admin charge for any alterations to your booking that require a revised [not additional] invoice to be sent.
·Booking confirmation and other details will be sent to the email supplied for the delegate. An invoice will be sent to the delegate or to the person specified on the booking form. If we have to send invoices to any other person there will be a £15.00 charge.
·There will be an additional charge of £25.00 if we have to resend information already supplied on your invoice to you or another person within your organisation.
·There will be an additional charge of £10.00 if we have to make any changes to your online booking because you need to add or remove: extra nights, single rooms or change the names of
participants. This is only applicable to bookings made from 8 February 2018 [12:45]
Our offer to session presenters is this: All presenters, presenting over 90 minutes at Conference, and who need to, will be able to take advantage of our offer to attend for the reduced rate of £150. This does not include Monday accommodation and we will not pay any travel or subsistence expenses.
There are discounts available for groups of students. Please talk to me about this. The students will be required to make a contribution to iP-D!P magazine before attending Conference and to assist, when asked, to the running of Conference.

There will be no refunds or credits for non-attendance. Cancellations made before Monday 5th Feburary 2018 will receive a full refund less a £25.00 admin charge. Cancellations made between 5th February 2018 and 19th February 2018 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after this date will receive no refund.
