Payment is through PayPal [with an option to voluntarily pay the booking fees] or if you need to be invoiced there is an option on the payment page of the booking process for "offline payment".
When filling in the form please make sure that you type accurately including capitals at the begininng of names as the data gathered here is used directly on name badges, CPD certificates and communication with the delegates.
We also ask for the email address and mobile number of each delegate so we can send them information about Conference before they come to enhance their experience.
Our Conference hotel is now full. We have negotiated with a hotel next door and can supply rooms in there to you. It is not possible to transfer delegates from
the Confernece Hotel to the one next door as we have to maintain maximum occupancy at the Conference Hotel. [This applies from Saturday 24th February 2018]
