Conference Vital Notes

This Conference is unique in that it offers an extensive variety of opportunities during the two days. When the ‘sessions’ are running there are in excess of 30 sessions with up to ten happening at any one time! For ease of identifying where the delegate might want to go, ‘sessions’ around similar areas are put into ‘streams’. Participants will be able to follow a specific stream or move across streams as their interest guides them and the timings allow. [We do ask delegates to arrive at the start of each session and stay to the end.]

The days are very full and busy and a common complaint is ‘not being able to do everything I wanted’, for this reason we urge you to come with at least three colleagues and to share the responsibilities.

If you are only planning to come because it is your wish to attend certain specific sessions please let us know. If it is likely that these sessions are not going to take place we will contact you beforehand to arrange a full refund and avoid you making a wasted journey.
